The Community Bookshelf (Central

Library Parking Garage) is a

striking feature of Kansas City's downtown and runs along the

south wall of the Central Library's parking garage

The book spines, which measure approx 25 feet by 9 feet, are made of signboard mylar. The shelf showcases 22 titles reflecting a wide variety of reading interests as suggested by Kansas City readers and then selected by The Kansas City Public Library Board of Trustees

The Dr. Seuss National Memorial Sculpture Garden is a sculpture garden in Springfield, Massachusetts that honors Theodor Seuss Geisel, better known to the world as Dr. Seuss. Located at the Quadrangle, the Dr. Seuss Garden honors the world-renowned author and illustrator, who was born in Springfield in 1904.

The monument was designed by Lark Grey Dimond-Cates, the author's stepdaughter and created by Sculptor Ron Henson
