Mobile Automated and Up-To-DateRealView will run on any Windows-based computer but is best utilized on mobile computers. Inspectors perform required inspections while in the �eld using the software. Imediately upon the inspection being completed, it is uploaded and available anywherein the world with internet access. Imagine having critical building reports within minutes of the inspection without any manual intervention. A one-step program - “Inspection and Reporting” -no typing and �ling. RealView also interfaces with most “Work Order”systems without any programming requirements.

SecureAll inspection information is logically segregated - this means that only those individuals you grant access to will have access to your information. RealView never shares your data with third parties.Additionally, all systems are managed by an IBM business partnerand are hosted and backed up at a secured facility. Finally, all datatransmitted over the network is encrypted using industry standard 128-bit SSL.

Drawings, Sketches and ImagesPictures speak louder than words. The ability to quickly discerncrucial building information is made easy using the sketch pad and image import feature. The sketch pad allows users to createsketches and drawings from scratch as well as draw on top of plansor existing photographs - all within the RealView application. This data is automatically synchronized to all computers you designateupon completion of the inspection.

Mobile Inspection Software - No Paper / Toner Go “GREEN”

RealView’s Inspection program replaces your paper inspection process with an eco-friendly electronic program utilized by your managers (”Inspectors”) via mobile computers (notebooks or tablet PC’s). Inspec-tors create and update presentation quality reports in the �eld electronically - all information is automati-cally and immediately published to our secure web based report site, allowing access 24/7 for all of your authorized users. Real time reports can include hand drawn sketches, �oor plans, video images, or even photographs taken with a cellphone camera.
