Federal Ombudsman has been ensuring good governance and curbing maladministration in government departments. It has the powers of criminal and civil courts.
In a latest judgment to a complaint No. WMS-ONL/425/15, it has suggested PEMRA to set up a small staff research center to collect data for information of stakeholders.
Federal Ombudsman has come of age and gaining trust of the common man.
Mr. Salman Faruqi N.I. is requested to use latest complaint tracking system and establish its offices in Gilgit-Baltistan besides capacity building at the head office.
