Why I choose this theme?

There are lots of examples of people whose health has been sadly damaged as a result of bad health habits. Because, bad health habits can cause many problems or diseases. It’s one of our personal responsibilities to take care of our health to live a healthier life. There are many unhealthy habits that people can avoid to live healthier and to protect the gift that god gave us.

what kind of media I used?

To grab people attention to this responsibility theme ,I choose to do poster that shows some of these common unhealthy habits and to feel the importance of getting better habits.

PosterIn the poster I will do a gradient from dark to light tone. The dark tone will be in the bottom of the poster and it will include the unhealthy habits. The light tone will represent the healthy life and I am going to choose a green apple to show the healthy life. Also in the poster I will be adding a person body, the side of the unhealthy habits will be in black and white and the person body will gradually change to color when he reach the healthy habits or the healthy life. The back ground of the poster may be either white or light blue depends on which color going to match with rest of the poster. Also in the poster I will add a sign that leads to two different ways. One way says good habits and the other way says bad habits.
