The Tribulation

The greatest moment in time

Rev.19

Rev. 19:11-21

I. THE DESCRIPTION OF THE SECOND COMING

A. The starting

POSITION of the Victor

(Rev 19:11) And I saw heaven opened, and

behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was

called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth

judge and make war.

Understanding the outline of RevelationIn order to have 3 divisions in the book there must be 2 place that create those divisions, and make a transition to the next point of the outline. These 2 place are seen when heaven opens.

(Rev 4:1) After this I looked, and,

behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was

as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up

hither, and I will shew thee things which must be

hereafter.

(Rev 19:11) And I saw heaven opened, and

behold a white horse; and he that sat upon

him was called Faithful and True, and in

righteousness he doth judge and

make war.

The 4 accounts of the 2nd Coming of

Christ

Rev. 6:12-17 Rev.11-13-16 Rev. 14: 14-20 Rev. 19:11-21

B. The PHYSICAL

traits of the Victor

(Rev 19:12-16) His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many

crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he

was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God…. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should

smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the

winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And he hath on his

vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

HIS EYES (Rev 1:14) His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow;

and HIS EYES WERE AS A FLAME OF FIRE;

(1Co 3:13) Every man's work shall be made

manifest: for the day shall declare it,

BECAUSE IT SHALL BE REVEALED BY FIRE; and the fire shall try every man's work of

what sort it is.

HIS CROWNS

Psa 24:7 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.

(Psa 47:7) For God is the King of all the earth: sing

ye praises with understanding.

Psa 74:12 For God is my King of old, working

salvation in the midst of the earth.

HIS VESTURE

(Isa 63:1-3) Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this

that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in

righteousness, mighty to save. Wherefore art thou red in

thine apparel, and thy garments like him that

treadeth in the winefat? I have trodden the winepress

alone; and of the people there was none with me: for I will

tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will

stain all my raiment.

HIS SWORD

(Joh 12:48) He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth

him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge

him in the last day.

HIS NAME (Exo 3:14) And God said unto

Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou

say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me

unto you.

C. The People following the

Victor

(Rev 19:14) And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses,

clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

(Rev 19:8) And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

(Joh 18:36) Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the

Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

(Son 6:10) Who is she that looketh forth as the morning, fair as the

moon, clear as the sun, and terrible as an army with banners?

(Son 6:13) Return, return, O Shulamite; return, return, that we may look upon thee. What will ye see in the Shulamite? As it were

the company of two armies.

(Mat 16:27) For the Son of man shall come

in the glory of his Father with his angels;

and then he shall reward every man

according to his works.

II. THE DESCRIPTION OF THE GREAT SUPPER

A. The PROCLAMATI

ON of the Angel

(Rev 19:17) And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and

he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come

and gather yourselves together unto the supper

of the great God;

(Eze 39:3) And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right

hand.

(Eze 39:4) Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and

to the beasts of the field to be devoured.

B. The PORTION of the Fowl

(Rev 19:18) That ye may eat the FLESH OF KINGS, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men,

and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both

free and bond, both small and great.

C. The PLACEMENT of the feast

(Rev 19:19) And I saw the beast, and the kings of the

earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war

against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.

III. THE DESCRIPTION OF THE DOOM OF THE

SWINDLERS

A. The PLACE of their doom

(Rev 19:20) And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with

which he deceived them that had received the mark of the

beast, and them that worshipped his image. These

both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

The

lake

of

Fire

(Rev 19:20) And the beast was taken, and with him the false

prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of

the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire

burning with brimstone.

(Isa 34:6-9) The sword of the LORD is filled with blood, it is made fat with

fatness, and with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of

rams: for the LORD hath a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the

land of Idumea. And the unicorns shall come down with them, and the bullocks

with the bulls; and their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness. For it is the day of the

LORD'S vengeance, and the year of recompences for the controversy of

Zion. And the streams thereof shall be turned into pitch, and the dust thereof into brimstone, and the land thereof

shall become burning pitch.

(Isa 34:10-13) It shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke

thereof shall go up for ever: from generation to generation it shall lie

waste; none shall pass through it for ever and ever. But the cormorant and the bittern shall possess it; the owl also and the raven shall dwell in it: and he shall stretch out upon it the

line of confusion, and the stones of emptiness. They shall call the nobles thereof to the kingdom, but none shall be there, and all her princes shall be nothing. And thorns shall come up in her palaces, nettles and brambles in the fortresses thereof: and it shall be

an habitation of dragons, and a court for owls.

(Isa 34:14-15) The wild beasts of the desert shall

also meet with the wild beasts of the island, and the satyr shall cry to his fellow; the screech owl also shall rest there, and find for herself a

place of rest. There shall the great owl make her nest, and

lay, and hatch, and gather under her shadow: there shall

the vultures also be gathered, every one with her

mate.

(Isa 63:1-4) Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from

Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of

his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save. Wherefore art thou red in thine

apparel, and thy garments like him that treadeth in the winefat? I have trodden the winepress alone; and of

the people there was none with me: for I will tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will stain all my

raiment. For the day of vengeance is in mine heart, and the year of my

redeemed is come.

(Amo 1:12) But I will send a fire upon Teman, which

shall devour the palaces of Bozrah.

(Hab 3:3) God came from Teman, and the Holy One from mount Paran. Selah.

His glory covered the heavens, and the earth was

full of his praise.

(Rev 20:11-15) And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose

face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for

them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were

opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were

judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their

works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up

the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of

fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the

book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

B. The PROCESS of their doom

(Rev 19:21) And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were

filled with their flesh.
