Objective The purpose of this document is to provide an overview of
the Rewards Program wire frame, and some example screen shots
Background The SWAG store site will interact with 3 kinds of users:
New user Returning user Administrator
Each user kind will generate requirements based on their specific use cases

Assumptions & Goals We assume a new user is seeing the SWAG store site for the first
time. Our goal is to ensure they are given enough information that they want to, and can, register and participate in our Rewards Program.

Assumption & GoalsThe role of the administrator will be to oversee the functioning of the rewards program and manage actions that will ensure the success of the program.
Design RequirementsThe Administrator/s will manage following functions
Data Capture: This will be the critical part of the program. We will have to track and measure social
behavior, assign reward points and feed into our software system (Salesforce or outside vendor)
Administrative Tasks Day to day management of web properties
Analytics and Success Metrics Use analytics/reports to understand different elements of the rewards program Track and measure success periodically
