Aim

• To equip students with the underpinning knowledge in order to respond in a safe and

professional manner.

Objectives

Explain factors that increase risk.Explain the impact these factors may have.Explain different strategies to help prevent risky behaviour.Apply different strategies to help promote good attitudes during response driving.

Fatalities arising from road traffic incidents (RTIs) involving police vehicles make up the largest single group of deaths following police contact.
