EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!ROCKY MOUNTAIN PARENTS AS TEACHERS ADDED TO OUR

FAMILY OF SERVICESFamilies First is excited to announce the acquisition of Rocky Mountain Parents asTeachers, a non-profit also serving our community. RMPAT is a home visitationprogram that serves the 7 metro counties in both English and Spanish. Their mission isto provide the information, support and encouragement parents need to help theirchildren develop optimally during the crucial early years of life. RMPAT's goals are toincrease school readiness and success among children and to prevent child abuse,neglect and family breakdown due to a lack of support in families. RMPAT is a perfect fitwith the Families First mission and we are excited to expand our services to thecommunity!

Stacy Hladek MA, LPC, was formerly our Family Resource Coordinator and is nowcoordinating the RMPAT program.

We are excited to welcome the RMPAT Home Visitors to our team: Amy Cobb (4years), Ruth Connors (12 years), Emily Cornwell (new), Dee Everitt (30years), Ashley Hashimoto (new), Kelly Murray (2 years), Silvia Romero (1year), Ann Shockley (5 years), Kathy Williams (2 years).
