I’m falling down as precipitation near the
watershed.

I’m rolling down the V-shaped valley. It’s quite
steep. The river’s quite thin so I hope there’s enough
space for me.

I’m in for a rocky ride. It's fast flowing and
very thin. I’m definitely still in the upper stage.

Aaaaaaaagh! I’m falling down
a waterfall.

This is so fast I’m almost falling
apart.

Getting nearer the end of the middle passage
and around the corner there’s an oxbow lake

The meanders are turning everywhere.
And it's getting flatter around here.

The rivers taking forever to get me to the beach. And my friend’s
just fell onto a floodplain.

Look at the rivers load. It’s not strong enough to hold it in the lower stage.

Look at the massive floodplains either side. And the meanders are going everywhere too.

Look! I’m coming up to the river mouth
and the sea.

I’ve made it with all of my friends.
