Waste Crisis

The city of Bangalore is facing a waste management crisis.

DWCC

To tackle the situation the local government

is trying to create Dry Waste Collection

Centers (DWCCs) in every ward.

Informal Workers

Informal sector workers have in-depth

knowledge of waste segregation. Some of them

have become DWCC managers.

John

John comes from a family of scrap dealers.

He was trained and received a certificate

to manage a DWCC.

John

John calls himself a social worker and thinks

of his work as a service to society.

You

In this game you play the role of a DWCC manager, somebody like John.

Your responsibilities include collection and disposal of dry waste. You need to

ensure a clean city.

The Landfill

The waste you decide not to collect, gets shipped to The Landfill, which has

a certain capacity.

If The Landfill gets full, all players lose.

The End Goal

If you collectively manage to create a DWCC in every ward, you all win the

game.
