DESCRIPTION

A glimpse of some new technologies coming to the world of running, as presented at the San Francisco Running Company on Sept 26, 2013 for Altra and Runner's World. Although tech isn't needed to enjoy a good run, we are in the Gold Rush era of accessible tech, and data is the new gold. New devices, new displays, analysis, recovery tools, core tech, you name it - most of it will show up in the next 2-12 months.
