Invisalign Photo Uploader: NA Sales Demo Account

This document includes instructions for accessing and using the Invisalign Photo Uploader Sales Demonstration Account. Use this demo account when introducing the app to doctors and team.

Use the Sales Demo Account AFTER DOWNLOADING INVISALIGN PHOTO UPLOADER VERSION 3.0 TO YOUR IPHONE. VERSION 3.0 WILL BE AVAILABLE MONDAY, JANUARY 22, 2018. If you have questions about the app or the NA Sales Demo Account, please email ipu@aligntech.com.

1. Download Invisalign Photo Uploader (VERSION 3.0)– Version 3.0 is available for download on Apple App Store Monday, January 22, 2018– Login credentials may not work properly for versions earlier than 3.0

2. Login to NA Sales Demo Account – Use these credentials to access the demo site

• Login: doctor• Password: Ismile2017

3. Add a New Patient– Tap “+” sign in upper right corner– Tap “Invisalign Treatment”

4. Enter Patient Information – Enter First Name, Last Name, DOB, Zip, Gender– Tap “Save” in upper right corner

5. Select newly created patient by tapping the patient name

6. Tap “Primary Order Photos”

7. Tap any icon to begin taking take photos

8. Take Patient Photos– Using the blue template, line-up the patient dentition– Tap the blue circle to capture photo

9. Upload Photos to IDS– Tap the “Upload Photos” button
