EDITING THE DIAMOND IMAGES.

1. Login to the website through the editing login.2. Click on the “Portfolio” section in the left hand dashboard.

3. Click on the titles to edit each individual post. Please note to upload new student works into posts with the same discipline already listed to keep the right discipline overlays matching (eg. upload new Design student’s work into an old Design student’s work.)

EDITING DIAMOND PORTFOLIO IMAGES.

1. Make sure the correct Portfolio category is ticked on the right.2. Edit the description by typing only after the [vc_portfolio_overview text_title=”Description”] tag and before the closing [/vc_portfolio_overview] tag.3. Edit the group members inside the quotation marks of content2=””4. Edit the discipline inside the quotation marks of content3=””5. To upload more than one image as a slideshow click on “set featured image”

6. Click on “Upload files” on top left hand corner then “select files” you wish to upload.

7. Once images are uploaded click on “Media Library” then “Uploaded this post” and “set featured image” to complete image upload.

8. Then scroll back up to the top of the page and click the “Update” button on the right hand side.

8. Scroll down and select the portfolio type “slideshow”.9. Upload the portfolio image which will be displayed on the diamond.10. Then scroll back to the top and click the “update” button on the right hand side of the page.

Please note for audio and film, the file must be uploaded and converted into a Youtube Video.1. Make sure the correct Portfolio category is ticked on the right.2. Edit the description by typing only after the [vc_portfolio_overview text_title=”Description”] tag and before the closing [/vc_portfolio_overview] tag.3. Edit the group members inside the quotation marks of content2=””4. Edit the discipline inside the quotation marks of content3=””5. Click on the image inside the “featured image” and set the desired diamond image you want to display.

6. Scroll down and click on the drop down “Select portfolio type” and select “video”7. Upload the portfolio image to display in the diamond portfolio.8. Paste the Youtube URL into the “Video URL” box.9. Scroll back up to the top of the page and click the “update” button on the right hand side of the page.
