Purpose/ Use – For posting accounting entries for activities such as closingentries, provisions, rectification/ transfer entries etc..

One can use the SAP Easy Access Menu or the direct Tcode – FB50

Enter Company Code

Post General Ledger Account Document

Enter Document date, Posting date, GL A/c no, Debit/ Credit, Amount and Tax Code. Tax Code can be leave blank if the GL account is not relevant to tax.

Now scroll to right

Enter applicable cost center and Profitability Segment for respective GL Account.

Then scroll to left and click simulate.

One can use the SAP Easy Access Menu or the direct Tcode – FBL3N for line item wise display or FS10N to display balance

select all items and specify the period.
