1 Capacity enhancement from 0.26 to 1.5 MTPA. However, total excavation or material handling is not available in the form-1.
Out of 110.685 ha. of lease area 3.045 ha. Area has already been excavated (mined). Till date, total 340622.910 Tonnes.
Details of present status of land and future excavation are given in Annexure-I
2 All leases grant orders dated 23.9.1998, 21.5.1985, 16.5.1985, 10.3.2008 along with all renewal copies and lease deeds executed to be submitted. Express order regarding Second renewal of lease from State Government is not submitted.
The lease grant order for Anandavadi Lime stone Mine was issued vide -G.O. 624 dated 23.09.1998 over an area of 110.685 Ha. The lease was executed on 16-03-2000 and is valid for 50 years. Therefore renewal of lease is not applicable. (Copy of lease deed is enclosed herewith as Annexure II). The lease order dated G.O. 344 dated 10.03.1980 (240.61.5 Ha), G.O. 456 dated 16.05.1985 (194.16.5 Ha), G.O. 469 dated 21.05.1985 (66.11.0 Ha) pertains to other mine leases granted to TANCEM at other locations and are not related to Anandavadi Lime stone Mine.
3 Past production details certified by DMG since inception of the mine not submitted.
