• The challenges ahead of educators are formidable.  A great degree of responsibility and accountability is called for from schools and teachers.

• Assessment and accreditation essentially aims at institutional capacity building for continuous quality improvement through self-analysis and self-monitoring of quality enhancement processes

• Assessment and accreditation provides an incentive for self-study and self improvement.

PHASE I1. All team members have gmail accounts and are part of R N Podar

All Programs of Work prepared on Google Docs and shared by all staff 6. All schedules of worksheets, activities, exam  cycles, dates for

completion etc. prepared on Google Docs

PHASE II

1. All Lesson Plans/Presentations created and shared on Google Docs2. All team members have own personal virtual (classroom) sites3.
