3. The Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry. Entries must include the correct fee to

4. Exhibitors of Welsh Breeds must not enter an animal in any Show when that animal will be
judged by a person who has or has had a financial interest in that particular exhibit.
5. Exhibitors are requested to note the timetable, animals must be forward in time. Where
an animal is entered in more than one class, the Committee can take no responsibility if
a clash occurs. ‘Latecomers will ONLY be admitted to the ring at the discretion of the
Judge and the Head Steward’.

available, the Judge’s decision is final. The only exception to this rule would be in the case of a
brood mare, providing lameness is definitely not of a hereditary nature.

from the Showground immediately at the request of the Show Committee.
11. Objections MUST be made in writing within thirty minutes of the event concerned and lodged

The Committee have tried their best to give exhibitors a selection of classes to compete in. To
timetable this is difficult as at the time of creating the timetable they can only estimate the
number of entries in each class, and also they have no way of knowing how many entries will
come forward on the day. Having invited judges to come along, they do not have much control
of how long a judge will take to complete his/her task. The committee want you all to come
along and enjoy competing on the day, every effort will be made to accommodate all
requirements but the show must run to a time and classes cannot be held up. Please pay
particular attention to rule 5 in the Rules & regulations and do come along and enjoy your
day.
