SECURE HUB INSTALLATION ANDROID INSTRUCTIONS

1. Install the Citrix Secure Hub MDM app on your Android device for this open the Google Play Store.

2. Search for "Secure Hub by Citrix" and install the app.

3. You will be presented with the following screens. Touch OK and Allow.

4. Enter the XenMobile server address of mdm.professionalpt.com and press Next.

5. Press Yes, to Enroll

6. Enter your ProPT username and password. Press Next.

7. Touch activate

8. On a Samsung devices you will have to allow the KLMS Agent, accept the terms and hit on Confirm

9. After that you will get to the main window of Secure Hub, on the top left corner hit on the 3 lines and go

to the Store

10. Select the apps one by one and press Install.

11. After installing Secure Mail open it to configure email. Hit OK to allow

12. Due security after this step Secure Mail doesn’t allow screenshots to be taken. At that point please fill out the information requested on the screen:

• Domain: Profit

Username: TheuserADaccount

Password: User’s password

Mail Server: mail.professionalpt.com

Select the desired Sync Mail Period

Then hit next

Select your email

13. On the next screen you can leave the defaults and hit next and then next again

14. At this point email will start to download to the phone

15. Secure Mail is not configured on the device.
