Job descriptionAs part of the Automotive, SoC Verification, Test Pattern Development team, you will be interfacing with Concept, Design, Verification teams to define power testcase, and responsible for implementing power testerpatterns targeting tester-platforms.

In your new role you will:

following the defined methodologies and flow Create local testbench

for power Define verification plan and SoC functional verification testcasespattern development activities using SystemC and drivers

and contribute to test pattern generation / verification Develop testcasesmethodology

Deliveries according to project schedules with first-time-right quality

to Implementation / power analysis teams Support FSDB/VCD deliveries

with the power code and during the bring-up and any Support validation teamspost-si issues/failures

for Si-failures to the test engineersPattern debug support

with cross functional, multisite teamsTechnical coordination / alignment

ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:

Bachelors / Master’s degree in EEE with minimum of 5+ years of hands-on project experience

Strong experience in , test SoC level stress test development & verificationpattern generation, performance and power analysis

Well versed in and environment IC development process Unix

Strong understanding of , and awareness ATE’s e.g. Automotive Microcontrollers Teradyne-J750, Agilent Verigy-93000

Good understanding of environments, simulator usage, functional simulationdebugging skills with experience in gate-level-simulations

Proficient in and VHDL / , Scripting ( ) SystemC, C++ Verilog PERL

Exposure to version-controlling and bug-management schemes

Self-motivated, flexible and with strong interpersonal skills
