•He explains Japan has 2 types economic area.▫G ( global ) area▫L ( local) area

•L area is less worker, wage, satisfaction.

•A solution is increasing L area productivity.

Compliment

•Before this, in May 6, Shinzo Abe made a speech in OECD council of ministers▫He said “Rather than deepening academic

research that is highly theoretical, we will conduct more practical vocational education that better anticipates the needs of society.”

•So the government wants more practical education??

My Opinion•We all need better education & systems

so we should think deeper about how to reform.

•But the proposal is too extreme.▫There’re many differences

E.g. words definition, majoring, purpose, region etc..

•…What is the University for?•What is “Good University” ?
