Emailing your document There are various ways to return your digital document back to us. We recommend email if you are
unsure of what to pick as email is the easiest option. It’s also free to set up an email account with
many services like Gmail and install their apps to access them on your phone if you need to.
Please send all documents through to Admin@ppil.com.au.
Any options in this section can
work as they are just common
email addresses you send to i.e. if
you have sent a documents to us
already there might be an option
for Admin@ppil.com that you can
use.
Alternately any
email app on your
phone can be
used to send the
attachment to us.

Email Subject Line You will then get an email similar to this come up with the document attached please make sure the
subject of the email has your first name and last name i.e. John Smith, along with a description of
what your sending (as simple as John Smith – Signed Documents) to allow us to sort it correctly.
Generally this is where the
subject of the message will be
located (right below the To: box)
As shown here the name of the
document that you added your
signature too will be
automatically put as the subject
for the email you will then have
to delete it and add in your name
along with the description.
