No trip to Sicilywould be complete without seeing the live volcano of Mt Etna, which is one of the amazing experiencesincluded in our holiday package.

In the heart of Palermo, close to all the sights and 10 minutes walk from the port, this is a modern hotel of 86 rooms. We take continental breakfast every dayin the restaurant (great pastries), and dine ‘in’ on 3 nights. Our 4th dinner is an eat-while-you-walkguided tour of Palermo’s street food, as enjoyed by TV chef Rick Stein! The Cristal also has a chic bar for pre- or post-dinner drinks.
