of the bSGAR meeting.
Wednesday 3rd February £200 £225
Priority for Wednesday’s workshop will be given to delegates
attending the whole meeting.
SMaLL BOWEL WORKSHOPThis is a comprehensive one-day “hands-on” course designed to help you
set up an MR enterography service and improve your image interpretation
skills. Priority for Wednesday’s workshop will be given to delegates
attending the whole meeting. Once again the course is being run in
conjunction with the BSGAR annual two-day scientific meeting, allowing
radiologists with an interest in gastrointestinal and abdominal imaging to
efficiently accumulate relevant CPD credit. Delegate feedback for the
2015 course was very positive.
The course is aimed at consultants and trainees who want to learn
a new skill, or build on their existing experience of MR enterography.
Attendees will sit in pairs at iMac workstations running Osirix viewing
software. The day will alternate between short lectures and longer “hands-
on” case review sessions. Attendees will have the opportunity to review the
cases themselves prior to combined group case review at the end of each
session.
During the day you will review at least twenty examinations ranging from
normal appearances, simple Crohn’s disease, complex Crohn’s disease
and its complications, and a range of other small bowel pathologies.
Last years workshop was awarded 6 CPD points.
