Snapping Turtles have long necks for rapidly attacking its prey. The snapping uses its long neck to put its headinto its shell to protect its head.

Color AdaptationsSnapping Turtles use camouflage to blend in with their surroundings.They blend in with the mucky water in the swamps.

ClawsSnapping turtles use there claws to dig. They dig away sand for laying eggs.Their feet have webbing on them for swimming.

TailSnapping Turtles have spikes on there tails for protection against predators.

Protective ShellSnapping Turtles have a shell for protecting itself and the shell provides the turtle with shelter.
