On November 24, 2010, TheSupreme Court of the United Statesof America conferred on whetherarguments should be heard on themerits of a case entitled Kerchner v.Obama, which debates whether thewriters of the Constitution believedthe term “natural-born citizen” meanta person born in the United States totwo parents who were bothAmerican citizens.
