KUWAIT: Minister ofCommunications Essa Al-Kandari has ordered an imme-diate investigation into areport that a Kuwait Airwayspilot invited an ex-porn starinto the cockpit of a KuwaitAirlines’ plane.

A report by British-basedDaily Mail and Daily Star yes-terday claimed that the pilot ofa Kuwait Airways plane invitedan internet stripper andPlayboy model and her friendto the cockpit during a flight from Heathrowairport in London to New York’s JFK airport.The report, which does not say when the inci-dent took place, also claims that the pilotordered champagne for his guests, andsmoked cigarettes during their meeting.

Commenting on the scandal that went viral

on social media, Al-Kandarisaid an immediate investiga-tion has been launched to veri-fy the news and photosattached with the report. “If theDaily Mail’s report turns out tobe true, then the Kuwaiti pilotwill be held accountable,” hetold Al-Jarida daily. The investi-gation results will beannounced to the public andconcerned authorities trans-parently, he added. MP DrAbdullah Al-Turaiji had earliercommented on the reports,urging the minister in a post
