centre maximum and rotary stitched cross tee of size 15 x 32 mm, having 0.27 mm gauge at every 600
mm. c/c. and sub cross tee of size 15 x 32 mm, having 0.25 mm gauge at 1200 mm c/c. and wall angle of
size 19 x 19 mm., having 0.35 mm gauge fixed to the periphery of the wall. The above grid is suspended
at every 1200mm c/c. in both directions using 2.0 mm. thick pre-straightened GI wire laying ORCAL
LAY-IN STANDARD PERFOARTED MICROLOOK EDGE METAL TILE WITH ACCOUSTICAL
FLEECE manufactured and punched in Single Process by M/s. Armstrong World Industries, of size
600mmx600mmx0.5mm having NRC 0.70, Light reflectance of >61% (WT), with standard perforation
of 2.5 MM dia. (16% open space), having Fire Performance CLASS O / CLASS 1 (BS 476), surface
having global white – baked polyester paint over the formed grid complete.

Providing and fixing in true horizontal level Armstrong CORTEGA RH99 microlook edge ceiling tiles of
size 600mmx600mmx16mm having NRC 0.55, Light reflectance of >80% (WT), thermal conductivity k =
0.052-0.057 W/m0K, Humidity Resistance of 99% RH, and having Fire Performance CLASS 0/Class 1
(BS 476). The tile shall be laid on Armstrong grid systems with 15mm wide T - section flanges colour
white having rotary stitching on the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees.
INSTALLATION: To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the
structural socket by approved hanger at 1200mm maximum centre. The last hanger at the end of each
main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall.
Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to
form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 x
600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the
1200 mm cross tees.
Perimeter trim to be Armstrong wall angles or channel, secured to walls at 450 mm maximum centres.

Providing and fixing in true horizontal level Armstrong CORTEGA RH99 microlook edge ceiling tiles of
size 600mmx600mmx16mm having NRC 0.55, Light reflectance of >80% (WT), thermal conductivity k =
0.052-0.057 W/m0K, Humidity Resistance of 99% RH, and having Fire Performance CLASS 0/Class 1
(BS 476). The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Silhouette profile grid system with 15mm white flanges
incorporating a 6mm central reveal in white/black colour. Silhouette, Main Runners & Cross Tees to
have mitred ends & “birdsmouth” notches to provide mitred cruciform junctions.
INSTALLATION : To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the
structural soffit by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centre & not more than 150mm from
spliced joints. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 600mm from
the adjacent wall.
1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to form 1200 x 600
mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 x 600mm modules to

Average NRC .55, Light Reflectance >80%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 – 0.057 w/mc, Color White,
Fire Performance Class 0/Class 1 (BS - 476) in module size of 600mm x 600mm x 16 mm laid on 24XL -
Hot Dipped Galvanized steel suspension System having rotary stitching on the Main Runner, 1200 mm &
600 mm Cross Tees.

CLASS 1 (BS 476). The tile shall have a front facing of white scrim tissue of 180 gsm and 45 gsm
formaldehyde free fiber tissue backing and shall be laid on Armstrong grid systems with 15mm wide T
- section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross
Tees.

conductivity k = 0.040 W/m0K, Humidity Resistance of 95% RH, and having Fire Performance CLASS 1
(BS 476). The tile shall have a front facing of white scraped tissue of 180 gsm and 45 gsm
formaldehyde free fiber tissue backing and shall be laid on Armstrong Prelude XL 24 profile grid
system with 24mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on the Main Runners.
INSTALLATION: To comprise main runner spaced at 600mm centres securely fixed to the structural
soffit by approved hangers at 600mm maximum centre & not more than 150mm from spliced joints.
The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 600mm from the adjacent
wall.
Spacer bars to be placed over the formed row of grids (by cutting notches at 600mm centre to centre
in the wall angle over the bulb of the main runners) at every 600 mm interval max.
