Networking Puzzle

> Exchange Business Cards with specific

attendees in order to reveal the pieces of a

puzzle on the Spotme

Exploration Event

> Correctly answer questions posed to team via

the Spotme by scanning the correct image

located on posters displayed just outside of

the Ballroom

> Introduction and descriptions of challenges

> 200 attendees participate over 20 minutes

> Puzzle fully completed by 25 attendees

> Top Business Card Exchangers displayed

> Connection Wall displayed

How it works ?

> A puzzle to reveal

> Clues indicate how to unlock each piece

> Attendee uses clue to find the appropriate

other attendee to meet and conduct a

Business Card Exchange with

> Both attendees receive (2) questions to ask

each other after the Exchange. Provides a

need for a networking discussion

1. Select a clue

Go to the Networking Puzzle screen and select

on any one of the multiple clues

2. Find the correct attendee

Use the Spotme search and spot features to find

the correct attendee to meet

3. Exchange the Business Card

Exchange Business Cards with the correct

attendees, or with anybody you meet.

4. Ask questions

Utilize the (2) random questions that populate on

your Spotme to begin a fun conversation with

your peers.

5. Continue your Puzzle

After a good chat, continue to the reveal the

remaining pieces, until the puzzle is completed…

> 7 questions to answer per team

> 21 posters displayed outside of the main

ballroom

> Attendees grouped into 20 separate teams

> First team to complete the challenge: 10 min

How it works ?

> Teams of (8) people, grouped by table

> One Spotme used for each team

> The team scans a tag on the table to get the

first question on the Spotme

> The team discusses the question, and then

chooses a team member fo find the correct

poster to scan

> Once the correct poster is scanned, the next

question is sent on the Spotme

1. Group people by team

Attendees move to the correct table, according

to the badge color on the main screen of your

Spotme (shown below). Each table now

becomes a team.

2. Each member scans the first tag

All attendees at the table scan the first tag to be

assigned to a team. The table then chooses one

member to be the leader. Use only the leaders

Spotme to scan the second tag to receive the

first question.

3. Discuss the question

Discuss the question with your team in order to

figure out the right answer. Then, choose one

team member to find the right poster.

4. Scan the correct poster

Use the Spotme scan feature to scan a poster. If

the correct poster is scanned, the Spotme will

send the next question. If incorrect a message

will tell you to “try again”.

5. Discuss again and… run

Come back to the table and discuss the next

question. The first team to scan the 7 correct

posters has won!

Celebrate the top Exchanger

indicating the score
