MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT FOR MANAGERSWorkplace wellness programmes are a long-term commitment to employee health
and organisational success. How healthy employees feel affects their job satisfaction
and high levels of job satisfaction drive many of the factors that are critical to
organisational performance.
This module aims to equip line managers to deal with employees who present at work
with a suspected mental health issue. Line managers may sometimes have concerns
