This presentation will guide you through the the auto-upgrade of SprinxCRM UniversalSync and what is new in version 6.2.4.12.

Auto-upgrade

• When you open Outlook, the add-in checks the latest version and auto-upgrade if needed

Upgrade information

• If there was an upgrade, you are notified

HelpDesk reporting

• If something strange is encountered and Error reporting is enabled, you log-file is sent to me by Outlook

HelpDesk reporting

• You then receive an email when the issue is changed or solved

Privacy

• The log files are sent to me by your Outlook

• It means I receive your real email address

• I value privacy very much• However, if you do not like it or do

not want to report errors, you can disable this

• Click “Settings…”
