● Fall in on the road, outside Scout Den○ In the event of wet weather, fall in inside ISH Training Room

● Flagpole to be erected on the mini grass patch nearby● Future store would be constructed on the grass patch

● Trainings would be conducted inside ISH Training Room○ No one to touch the air-con switch○ Open the windows for ventilation○ Shut the curtains down before changing out to PT Kit/Uniform

● Bags to be placed towards the BACK of the room in an orderly fashion● Room to be kept clean and tidy before dismissal

Training &Attendance

● All to be present every training, unless you have a valid reason○ Notify a teacher first○ Let your PL know about it

● Trainings on most Fridays, from 3pm to 6pm● Certain trainings on Saturdays, from 8.30am to 12pm (Subject to changes)

● Stick to same Patrol Scribes & their assistants● Patrol Scribes to submit attendance punctually and properly● Year 2 Assistant Patrol Scribes to take over if the Year 3 is absent

● Flagbreak○ APL to stand in between Tiger & Blue Shark patrols○ March up to the flagpole to break flag○ Everyone to stand in sedia○ No one to salute/turn; Just stand straight in sedia

● Seek permission from the IC (Not TL) if you need to...○ Adjust/Fidget○ Fall in/Fall out

● IC may entitle the entire formation a few seconds to fidget○ Timer (APL) to count down from 15 to 0 as usual○ All to diam afterwards

○ Sedia position○ No need to ask for permission to enter formation

● When sign is down○ Senang-diri○ Ask for permission to enter formation
