Stay Calm!A few ways to reduce stress.

You are what you eat!Eat well and drink more water!

Massage your temples in small circles.

Or get some else to do it.

Have a cuddle with a partner, or pet or whatever takes your fancy!

Have a bath. Use bubbles, candles, music - anything to soothe your

mind.

Meditation encourages positive thinking and helps clear the mind.

Tackle any medical problems to ensure you have the best chance of enjoying life.

Use lavender oil on your pillow, on a tissue, for massage, or in an aromatherapy oil burner.

Try to be in bed 30 mins earlier at least twice a week.

Take up a hobby.

Try your hand at painting, drama or a sport.

Anything that makes you think about something new.

Take a walk. A twenty minute walk is a natural energiser and daylight increases your sense of wellbeing.

Before a meeting rehearse a list of positive things about yourself and your point of view.

Make a priority list and be realistic about what you can achieve. Learn how to say “No!”

Have a good chuckle – meet up with a friend or watch a funny film. Anything to make you smile.

Try therapies such as reiki, reflexology or aromatherapy.
