• Controls weight with proper diet - you burn more calories and depending on the type of exercise you might be able to do Cardio and Strength all at once to save time.

• It combats health conditions and diseases: It helps to boost your HDL or “good” cholesterol and decreases the bad. It also helps prevent or manage other health concerns like - Stroke, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, depression, certain types of cancers.

• Exercise improves mood:

• Exercise boosts energy: it helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently.
