What is sunstroke?

Sunstroke is a very serious condition caused by your body temperature rising above 40 degrees Celsius.

How can it be avoided?

Let me see… Oh, I know! You have small children. Make sure they are always supervised near water. Even the most shallow water.

That’s why it’s so important that we always supervise our children near water. I have to go now, but I will tell you more at dinner tonight
