•You have significance because you are in Jesus

•It is not related to your prominence (fame) in the world’s eyes

•It’s natural for a Christian to want to do significant things for God; for him to work in and through us

•The key to living a life that is significant for God is…

obedience

Can I achieve anything significant for God with my life?

Obedience to God creates an environment in which He can provide

opportunities for us

Obedience to God increasingly opens us up to the Holy Spirit’s leading

When we are walking in obedience to God we can expect Him to come

through for us

Obedience to God will not always make us popular in this world

When we are obedient to God His kingdom advances

Can I achieve anything significant for God with my life?

Obedience is the key
