Join up with Pirate Pete as he sets out with his treasure map to fi nd Blackbeard’s long lost secret recipe book.

Help Mary as she tries to escape the clutches of the evil witch.

Try your hand at raising a baby dragon with Robert.

Pirate Pete looked eagerly at the chest on the ground before him. He grabbed hisshovel and broke the rusted lock. He opened the lid and looked inside, but thechest was empty except for a small scrap of old paper resting on the bottom.

Pete snatched up the piece of paper furiously. He held it up to his good eye and began to read. Could it be? Was this Blackbeard’s long lost poached pear recipe?

Poached Pirate PearsPears:

6 Peeled Bosc Pears3 Cups Water2 Cups Orange Juice1/4 Cup Sugar6 Black Peppercorns1 Vanilla Bean, split lengthwise1 Bottle Sweet Sparkling Wine

Cream:

1 1/2 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream2 Cardamom Pods, crushedMint SprigsGround Cardamom

4) Pirate Pete cooked the mixture for 6 minutes, stirring it occasionally until the sugar dissolved. He then added the pears, covering them with a plate to weigh them down.

With a full belly and a good night’s rest, Pirate Pete set sail, off on a new cooking adventure as he sailed the seven seas.

1) Preheat oven to 350º. In a small bowl combine walnuts, pecans, sugar, salt, cinna-mon, cardamom, and oats. Add butter cubes and toss to combine.

After escaping from home to explore the forrest, as Mary was walking in the woods playing with the animals, she suddenly saw a witch approaching towards her.
