(But not social)

CONCEPT OF RELATIONSHIPFriend in year 2000 and

friend in year 2012

45mins a day sounds too much2 hrs a day-time spent on social networking sites

Start dating, announce it to the world by changing your "relationship status" from "single to engaged" (to gain attention)

When you break up with a guy friend “Change it to 'widowed'

If you look bad in a photograph, you willbe tagged 'Hahaha'.

To avoid that label, the pressure to lookgood on sites goes up tremendously andvanity becomes the byword.

The most-feared word among girls, notsurprisingly, is "fugly"-a combination offat and ugly.

For boys, the in thing now is to flauntsixpack abs, if they have it

And a lot of people are posting picturestaken in a loo-home or a fivestar- in frontof the mirror.

FACEBOOK FADS

It's a war over personal space in the virtual world

SNAPSHOTS: In an age of attention scarcity, this is the platform for grabbing eyeballs.Stay on top and update your photos by the hour.

HOW OFTEN:45 minutes a day sounds like a lot? Nah. Two hours is average, withmany checking it out every hour.

FRIEND COUNT: An average user has over 500 friends, reports Facebook. Cool. Butmaxing the friends' tally to four digits is cooler.

8 out of 10 schoolchildren are on social networking sites.

Another important reason of stress is COMPARISON

WHEN DID YOU FEEL STRESSED THE MOST?

Stress is good, it’s not a bad thing..Stress means pressure.

All we need to learn is to have pleasure inthis pressure situation

Overeating or under-eating Zoning out for hours in front of the TV or computer

Withdrawing from friends, family, and activities Using pills or drugs to relax

Sleeping too much Procrastinating
