The first Freeport in the Philippines, created under R.A. 7227, is being managed bythe Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority. Subic Bay is one of the key flagshipprojects of the Philippine Government in Central Luzon towards economicdevelopment. It will be developed into a self-sustaining hub for commerce &investments, finance, infrastructures, maritime & transshipment activities, andtourism destination in the Asia-Pacific.

The Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center ( S B E C C ) , with a total floor area of

12,000 sq m, is so far the biggest convention area in Central Luzon. Easily accessible w/

only 30 minutes away from the DMIA-Clark Airport via Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway, 2 ½-hrfrom Manila via North Luzon Expressway, and only 10-min drive to & from Subic Bayattractions, accommodations, restaurants and night life activities.
