The Min/Max View shows all the basic information regarding your inventory using policies that the customer sets up for minimum and maximum inventory amounts

The Min/Max View shows the customers’ minimum and maximum amounts of inventory that they want to maintain on hand. The goal is to keep stock in-between min and max.

The Order Point column in the Min/Max view shows a quantity that is nearing minimum and still leaves the supplier time to ship without reaching it. The order point should trigger a shipment from the supplier.

Highlights of Module 2 - SUMMARY

The ASN View displays all of the shipments in transit.

The Receipts View displays the receipts the customer has made.

The Invoices View shows the invoices, voucher & payment data.

Under Admin, the options will vary according to the user’s level of access. Admin users will have many choices for setting-up company, item and user-level data; non-admin users will have options for setting-up their own contact information and alert preferences.
