Please explain your reason for the above rating of

the support provided by the lead teacher. • Most teachers agree that our Lead teachers are brilliant

and help where they can.• There was a little inkling of Lead teachers are a bit slow

on looking at physical ICT issues (personal comment Lead teachers shouldn't be doing this Technicians should be and is this made clear to staff)

• Most like the ideas that the Lead Teachers come up with.

• Not sure why there is a percentage under 5 in the graph I suspect there could be a few clash of personalities among some staff. As there was no negative comments apart from the odd time and too busy comment.
