We all want to enjoy the beauty ofthe outdoors this spring, so we wouldlike to remind you that lawn servicewill resume on a weekly schedule. Sothat all our residents have the peaceof mind of clean and manicured lawns,we do have a few requests that willhelp our communities:

• Remove all toys, tools, hosesand furniture from the yard.

• Remove all pet waste fromthe yard.

• Please do not park vehicles onthe grass.

Residents, please be “AWARE”that should your yard have any petwaste, the yard will not be mowed,and it will be your responsibility toremove the waste.

POOL IS OPEN!On March 1, our pools will be open;please come by our Sycamore Point

Office to get the Pool Code.Remember, proper swimwear is

required. All children and guests mustbe accompanied by an adult resident.NO PETS ALLOWED in the pool orpool area. NO GLASS containers

allowed in pool area. PLEASE PICKUP all items before you leave the poolarea. NO RUNNING or HORSEPLAY

around the pool area. All children,even accomplished swimmers, need

to have someone looking out for themat the pool. Accidents in and aroundpools can be prevented with a littlecommon sense and caution. Pleasekeep the noise level to a minimum.

Pool hours: 8 a.m. until 10 p.m.Please be advised that the pools

are monitored 24 hours.
