Estudio de Tiempo / Costos

Necesitamos 2,000 Partes “A”. El mecanizado de la Parte “A” requiere un

roscado en 5 barrenos. Podemos programar la máquina CNC para roscar y ocupar tiempo

valioso del CNC ...

OEl operador de CNC puede machuelar esos barrenos con un FlexArm durante el ciclo del

CNC. (En lugar de utilizar ese tiempo para revisar su Facebook)

Roscar en CNC requiere 15 segundos de tiempo de máquina extra por

pieza. Para 2,000 piezas son 10,000 agujeros,

esto es 8.5 horas más rápido para roscar fuera de línea.
