Disabilities (CECY, pronounced SEE SEE)

CECY Mission

To build capacity in California state systems and local communities to increase the number of youth and young adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities in integrated competitive employment.

We Will Do This By: Establishing a shared vision and expectation for integrated competitive employment.

Delivering and promoting training across all sectors (individuals with ID/DD, families, professionals, providers).

Sharing information across all sectors.

Incubating and implementing effective practices in local communities.

Measuring employment outcomes for youth and changes in policy and practice.
