Temporary Security Improvements to Vehicle Access Points on the Ellipse(15th & E, 16th & Constitution ,17th & E)

This project is being funded by and executed on behalf of the United States Secret Service.

Purpose

To enhance the temporary vehicle screening checkpoints at 15th and E Street, NW; 17th and E Street, NW; and 16th and Constitution Avenue, NW. Rearrange locations of temporary officer booths and

vehicle security barriers Refurbish existing temporary officer booths at 15th &

E and 17th & E Provide a new temporary officer booth at 16th &

Constitution Replace existing temporary vehicle security barriers

with new vehicle security barriers
