DESCRIPTION

The authentic life...what Aristotle described as "the good life," is available to all. But it will hardly happen by accident. There is much that science is teaching us about where happiness, authenticity, fulfillment comes from and how to cultivate more of it in your own life. Known as the "science of happiness" or "positive psychology," you can increase your own level of happiness and fulfillment. But you must know the science. You must know yourself.
