Marilyn has been the Administrative Secretary forCROP since its inception in 2000

During this time CROP has hosted (and she has organized)

• 5 summer workshops lasting from 1 to 4 weeks• 8 academic year workshops lasting from 1 to 2 days

During this time CROP has employed

• 11 undergraduate research assistants• 7 graduate students

who have relied heavily on Marilyn for many things

High school teams attend a 4-week (2-week) summerworkshop at UNL with class and lab activities

Has prepared 400 name tags for meetings and workshops

Has issued 100 parking stickers for participants

Has organized 6 picnics for 40+ people

Has matched 200 CROP T-shirts to participants andtheir sizes

During her time with CROP, Marilyn:

Has made 100 dormitory and meal plan reservations

Has made 100 motel reservations for participants andvisitors

Has Xeroxed over 500 pages of materials for workshopsand meetings

Has signed 600 weekly timesheets for undergraduateassistants

Has made 500 phone calls related to CROP

Has sent/received 1500 E-mails related to CROP
