Our Mission:To provide laboratory-based courses that provide hands-on science experiences by promoting critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Our lab facilities are separate from the science classrooms.

The DeBakey HSHP Science Department

Keys to achieve our goals

•We have implemented vertical and horizontal collaboration amongst all science teachers.

•We participate in continuous professional development training.

•We conduct tutorials for all students in all science subjects four days a week.
