Jamaica Service Trips, Two groups of 11 young adults and
32 High School youth will build a house, work around the
Jamaica Relief Ministries campus and spend time with the
children of JRM and at the school that JRM helps with. We
would like to bless the children, Aunties, staff and leaders
who are working to share God's love to those in Jamaica. In
the foyer you will find cards with items that we would like
to take with us when we travel to Jamaica. Feel free to
take one or more cards and bring the items to the church
as soon as possible. The first group leaves June 4 and the
second group leaves June 20. If you would prefer to give a
monetary donation please place it in the box labeled
Jamaica Relief Ministries. Most items are small but there
are a few items that are larger in price, such as the tools. If
you have questions contact Angela (Joel) Miller, 574-536-
7436. If you are interested in purchasing tools please
contact Angela first for specific details.
The Window First Friday Fundraiser, June 7, 4:30-7pm,
hosted by Lipert Windows Division. Menu includes grilled
brats and burgers, potato salad, coleslaw and cookies.
Suggestion donation $9. The Window is located at 223 S.
Main St., Goshen.
Jamaica Relief Ministries (JRM) is hosting a fundraiser
banquet on Saturday, June 15, 5 pm, at Clinton Frame
Church featuring an authentic Jamaican-cooked meal.
Eloise Yoder is looking for people to bake bars for the
meal. She will provide pans. Contact Eloise at 574-596-
2035. All proceeds from the banquet will go towards fund-
ing a new Outreach Center facility. Joe and Andrea Miller
from Clinton Frame are currently missionaries with JRM. To

Vacation Bible School, “Roar-Life is Wild, God is Good“,
will take place June 9-13, 6-8 pm for children age 3-5th
grade. Plan now to attend and invite your friends.
VBS Supplies: We need smooth pint size jars for VBS
(store bought salsa jars would work great!). Jars only
please, no lids. If you have any you would like to donate
please bring them to church and put them in the box
located in the supply room by June 2. Thank you!
Ladies you are invited to participate in the summer
Ladies Bible study which will start June 18. We will use
Priscilla Shirers 5 week study BREATHE, "How the concept
of Sabbath can change your life!". Please let Pat Yoder

attend.
Lost & Found coats are hanging in the hallway by the
mailboxes. Please check to see if they belong to you.
Other lost and found items are behind the Info Center.
Bible Memory Camp is in need of a registered nurse to
work the week of June 23-28 in Syracuse, IN. If you are

Volunteers needed at Church Community Services. It's planting season and Church Community Services, 907 Oakland Ave, Elkhart, needs volunteers to help our Seed to Feed program! We need help with planting, watering, weeding and doing basic garden maintenance in June and July. If you are interested, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator,Jen, at 574-295-3673 x112 or volun-teer@churchcommunityservices.org. The 2019 Michiana Mennonite Relief Sale will be
held September 27–28 at the Elkhart County Fair-
grounds. Keep up with Relief Sale announcements and
up-to-date information by following us on Facebook this

Mennonite Relief Sale.”
To offset Relief Sale expenses, a Fundraiser Ban-
quet will be held on Thursday, August 15 at 6 pm at
the Essenhaus in Middlebury. Please mark this date
on your calendar. Further information regarding reg-
istration will be forthcoming.
A NEW SALE ITEM THIS YEAR!! Baby clothing and
baby items will be sold at the Garage Sale. Organizers
are seeking new or gently used baby, toddler, and
small children’s clothing, strollers, furniture, etc. If
you have appropriate clothing, items your children
never used, or used that are still in good condition, or
if you sew baby and children’s clothing, please con-
sider donating these to the sale.
If you have items of value, new or used, that you
would like to donate to the sale remember the Relief
Sale Online Auction. They are looking for donations
such as fine jewelry, antiques, tools, sporting goods,
food, gift certificates, services and many other items.

Corrie Ten Boom, a young reader’s edition, tells the story
