April 27 Last day of the regular session for the Special Order Calendar to be published in two Calendars of
the House, and it may be taken up on the day of the second published Calendar. After the 55th day (April 27) of the regular session, the Special Order Calendar shall be published in one Calendar of
the House and may be taken up on the day the Calendar is published.

April 27 Last day that main floor amendments must be approved for filing with the Clerk by 2 p.m. of the first day a bill appears on the Special Order Calendar in the Calendar of the House; and
amendments to main floor amendments and substitute amendments for main floor amendments must be approved for filing by 5 p.m. of the same day.

April 28 After the 55th day (April 27) of regular session, main floor amendments must be approved for filing with the Clerk not later than 2 hours before session is scheduled to convene on the day a bill appears

Self-Defense; Requires county sheriff or municipal police to
issue reasonable guidelines for operation of neighborhood crime
watch program; authorizes person to use force, except deadly
force in defense of property; authorizes person to use deadly
force in defense of property to prevent imminent commission of
forcible felony; provides that person who uses force is immune
from civil action brought by person or persons against whom
force is used; revises definition of term "criminal prosecution"
with regard to immunity from criminal prosecution & civil
action; provides that law enforcement agency's right & duty to
fully investigate use of force upon which claim of immunity is
based is not restricted; deletes provision that prohibits law
enforcement agency from arresting person for using force unless
probable cause is found that force used was unlawful; revises
