For the first time in human history, more people are obese than hungry. Since the middle of 20st century, since fast food came into its popularity, obesity become increasing over the year in America. The level of fast food and sugar consumed in have been rising dramatically in 21st Century. People are transforming from overweight to become obese.Of all countries, the United States has the highest rate of obesity.

The obesity is a biggest health problem in United States of America.

Americans eat a lot of fast food such as hamburgers, pizza, and

fried chicken. People visiting the US for the first time are often amazed at the size of the steaks and other

portions of food served in restaurants.

Being overweight or obese increases the risk of health conditions and diseases including: Breast cancer, Coronary heart disease, Type II diabetes and so on. Obesity has been cited as a contributing factor to approximately 100,000–400,000 deaths in the United States per year!
